Introduction
The large tourist resorts in the center of Alania, lie at the bottom of the rocky promontory, off the Mediterranean Sea, across two long, sandy beaches. In the 13th century, the Seljuk Castle is one of the most marvelous pieces of shore adorned on the shore. About 150 towers feature well preserved walls. Off the walls, there are ruins of mosques, a hotel and a shopping mall, and inside its walls are the ruins of a tanker and our Byzantine Church. Although Antalya dates back to the Roman period, it grew during the Seljuks, in 1220 when Alaeddin Keykubat made this place his residence, during the winter and naval base. The surviving buildings reflect the importance of the city at the time of the Seljuks. In addition to this magnificent castle, tourists should explore the unique shipyard and the Red Tower (Tetekendesh Kizil Kule). The market in Antalya is famous for its leather and jewelry shops in Alanya.
